Denying the Deniers- The Battle with D.D.o.S Attackers

A DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack uses a network of hacked, unprotected servers called The BotNet to inundate a target server with endless streams of data. Owing to the multiple sources of attack as opposed to a single hacker, it has become a highly effective and untraceable tool for causing online chaos. But as threats become smarter, so must the resistance against such threats. This infographic displays the digital war field that pits D.D.o.S attackers against a network's security system.
